We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every Cascadia product. Our Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects on all  paddle boards, inflatable boards, and surfboards.

What's Covered

This warranty covers defects in materials and craftsmanship only. If your board fails due to a manufacturing issue, we’ll repair or replace it at our discretion.

  • Applicable to new, unused boards only
  • Valid for the original purchaser with proof of purchase
  • Boards must be purchased directly from Cascadia or an authorized dealer
Items Not Covered

The following are not covered under our warranty:

  • Damage or defects caused by normal wear and tear
  • Damage from transport, loading, unloading, dropping, or over-tightening straps
  • Impact with rocks, docks, other boards, or objects
  • Use outside of intended purpose (e.g., surfing in non-surf SUPs)
  • Improper storage in temperatures over 90°F or below 32°F
  • Cosmetic blemishes, fading due to sun exposure
  • Commercial use (rental, school, or instructional programs)
  • Boards purchased used or from unauthorized resellers
  • Modifications made by the customer
  • Heel dents or pressure dings
  • Delamination caused by overheating (direct sun exposure)
  • Wave impact or collision with ocean/lake floor
  • Storage in closed, damp conditions (e.g., wet board bags)
  • Damage to fins or fin boxes due to collision
  • Cracks or paddle blade separation from impacts
  • Paddle damage from falling, improper handling, or over-extension
  • Electrical components on LED boards
  • Zipper damage or wear on board bags
  • Tears, rips, or holes caused by abuse or collisions
How to Start a Warranty Claim
  1. Email info@cascadiaboardco.com with your name, order number, and description of the issue.
  2. Attach clear photos of the issue and product.
  3. Once approved, return the product using a tracked, insured shipping method.
  4. We will inspect your item and issue a replacement or repair if approved.
