The Gypsy LED is the same classic board you know and love, but has been upgraded with LED lights embedded in the base, a 16cm water-tight "hold" behind the paddler to store the remote control and a 16cm diameter viewing panel with 8mm tempered glass to observe the wonders beneath your board.
The Gypsy stand up paddle board is designed for wilderness adventurers; constructed for reliability in unpredictable weather. It's sleek design helps you glide easily over long distances. Equipped with gear tie-downs for overnight/longer tours, a SUP Connex 1/4" brass threaded mount for a Scotty fishing rod holder and a 9" wood veneer finish fin - this board really has it all!
Designed with a debossed footwell, the Gypsy provides a lower centre of gravity for more stability, while its scooped displacement hull and upturned nose help you paddle through chop or glide on flat water. Its volume, width and contours make it an accessible and comfortable touring shape that can handle large loads, getting you out there and back home, safe and sound.
The LED series of boards from Cascadia are a limited edition run of four of our most popular E-Form Wood models - Drifter 11', Gypsy 11', K’utala 11'9" and Slayer 12'. These classic boards have been upgraded to include a ring of LED lights embedded into the base of the boards. These lights are powered by a polymer lithium-ion battery (included) that lasts at least 8 hours on a full charge! The battery is housed behind the paddler in a 16cm water-tight "hold" and can be charged by a simple plug-in. In front of the paddler is a second compartment equipped with an 8mm thick tempered glass viewing window that allows you to see the wonders beneath your board. The LED lights are controlled by a remote control that allows you to switch through 7 different colour options and fluctuate the brightness.
