We’re here to help you find the perfect board but we understand things change  - don't worry!


  • Step one is to contact our team to begin your return or exchange.

  • We will happily walk you through the process and get you ready to send back your board.

  • You then cover shipping back to our shop (we ship for free and can't swing offering the guarantee and free returns).

  • Returned items must be in like-new condition with no visible signs of wear and be returned with all originally parts and accessories.

  • If we inspect the board and there is no damage, we will process a full refund right away.

  • If we notice damage to the board, it is up to our team to determine the cost to repair/replace.

    • If this were to happen we will get in touch and walk you through the process with total transparency.

  • After that your refund will be processed right away back to your original form of payment! 

  • If you’d prefer us to organize shipping at our preferred rates we'd be happy to send you a return label.
