All products are covered by our 30 Day Guarantee — you have 30 Days from the Date of your Purchase to try out your item(s) and if you are unsatisfied for any reason you may return your item(s) for a full refund, minus a 20% Restocking Fee + Return Shipping per item. 

The refund, Less Return Shipping and Restocking Fee(s), will be applied once the item(s) are received at our warehouse. Please allow 5 - 10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

All contents from original packaging must be included in the return, any missing items will delay the refund process.


  • Step one is to contact our team to begin your return or exchange.

  • We will happily walk you through the process and get you ready to send back your board.

  • You then cover shipping back to our shop (we ship for free and can't swing offering the guarantee and free returns).

  • Returned items must be in Like-New Condition with no visible signs of wear and be returned with all originally parts and accessories.

  • If we inspect the board and there is no damage, we will process a full refund right away.

  • If we notice damage to the board, it is up to our team to determine the cost to repair/replace.

    • If this were to happen we will get in touch and walk you through the process with total transparency.

  • After that your refund will be processed right away back to your original form of payment!
